October 1, 2007 – Ten-year anniversary as a private, independent company

2005
January 15, 2005 – eBank rents space in Amarillo, Texas to house the Disaster Recovery Center.

February 16, 2005 – eBank holds its first User Technology Conference.  The annual event is now held the 2nd Wednesday and Thursday each March.
2003
March 1, 2003 – eBank purchases the PSA banking solution, adding 8 banks to our customer base.  PSA product enhanced and updated to eventually become Trinisys.

May 1, 2003 – eBank Partners with Advanced Financial Solutions to offer a robust and scalable item processing solution and to meet the challenges of Check21.
1999
May 1, 1999 – Management Information Resources renamed eBankSystems, Inc. to more accurately reflect the services provided in the constantly changing banking landscape.

December 31, 1999 – eBank records first annual profit of $7,860.45 in only our second full year of business.
1998
March 1, 1998 – Eight customers signed when EDS announces the sell-off of their community banking division.
1997
October 1, 1997 – Management Information Resources begins operations as a value-added reseller of third party products to community banks in and around the West Texas Area

core processing application, allows banks to manage their operations efficiently and
intuitively. eBankSystems partners with many industry leaders to provide ATM/EFT
processing, Internet banking, mobile and voice banking, platform automation and more,
allowing banks to choose which ancillary products work best for them.

eBankSystems was founded in 1997 by Dave Boren.  eBank is a recognized market leader in helping community financial institutions realize their full potential.  We partner with our customers to provide them with the software, skills and knowledge to be the best they can be.  We are a privately held, independent company.
